Rich & Donna McGovert
We served as lay youth leaders at Greater Portland Bible Church until called to Fellowship Baptist Church in Boise in 1992 to be the Youth Pastors. I studied at the Cole Center for Biblical Studies and was ordained in 1997. When Cornerstone formed in 2000, I began to oversee various ministries, lead worship, and share the preaching. Today, I serve as the Senior Pastor with my passion being evangelism and discipleship. Donna and I have 4 children - Megan, Morgan, Macey and Meredith. Sports has been a part of the lives of all our children and I have coached for the past 35 years. Donna and I acknowledge God in every area of ministry in which we have served, knowing that it has all been a result of the leading and empowering of God, to His glory.

Donna and I grew up in the San Jose, California area until we graduated from San Jose State University and began to teach public school in Beaverton, Oregon in 1980.
Hello. Dawn and I have been at Cornerstone, formerly Fellowship Baptist, for more than 20 years. Over the years we have served in the Children's Ministry, Youth Ministry, Adult Equipping, and as of late, in church leadership. Our children, Jonathan, Meg, and Luke, keep us very busy with school and extracurricular activities. I work at Intermountain Gas and Dawn is at home with some time spent working at Old Navy and serving at Cornerstone. Our desire is that Cornerstone grow to be all that God wants for us, and that Dawn and I are available to be used for His good purposes. I look forward to meeting you someday at Cornerstone. Greetings and welcome to the Cornerstone Website. After several years in the Air Force, I was stationed in Mt. Home. Through friends I met Heather and we have been married for 16 years now. Our kids, Josh, Caleb, and Faith, are now spread out from grade school through high school - busy times! I currently am in sales with Technical Controls and Heather is at home, helps at the kid's schools, and as Office Administrator at Cornerstone. Both of us saw God take over our lives shortly after being married and have pursued growing spiritually ever since. My heart is for discipleship and I meet with men and groups regularly desiring all to be equipped and mature in Christ. I hope to meet you soon and perhaps be involved in your growth as well. May His grace fill you.
